1. Orders:
- All orders should be submitted/accepted through the electronic form of the online store.
- Every order placed by the partner/buyer/customer must be confirmed and will receive the supplier's confirmation in the next 2 business days.
2. Delivery time:
- Up to 3 business days for all goods in stock;
- 4 - 20 days for the standard assortment;
- for special orders – delivery by agreement;
Standard assortment shall mean all products agreed with the partner/buyer/customer which are currently received and sold or displayed in its stores.
3. Delivery costs:
- For orders under BGN 300 (three hundred) (153,39 €) - the transport is paid by the partner/buyer/customer.
- The partner/buyer/client has the right to request to organize the receipt/transportation of the purchased goods from home36.bg warehouse himself.
- For orders over BGN 300 (three hundred) (153,39 €) - the transport is organized and paid by home36.bg.
4. Payment terms:
- Deferred payment: - payment term after issuing a tax invoice – 10 days;
When ordering larger quantities, an advance payment of 30% will be required. The remaining 70% will be paid, as the case may be, before delivery or within the agreed payment term. In case the partner/buyer/customer refuses the order, he will lose the amount already paid in advance.
5. Information about distributors / partners:
- Each new wholesale distributor / partner of home36.bg will receive a certain percentage discount, which will be adjusted to the activity of the respective distributor / partner.
